Applications for the Great Lakes Leadership Academy’s 2023 Emerging Leader Program is open through Dec. 1 for aspiring leaders looking for a transformational leadership experience.
Successful applicants will join a cohort of 24 changemakers from across Michigan and work toward greater self-understanding, navigate differences with others, work effectively in groups and seek the common good. You will meet for an all-inclusive, four-day retreat three times over the course of six months in April, July and October.
“The challenges that our world faces are complex,” said Amy, a graduate of the Emerging Leader Program. “The skills I gained from attending GLLA are proving themselves indispensable on multiple levels, both in my professional career and in my personal relationships.”
We are seeking applicants:
- With diverse backgrounds, experiences, and worldviews.
- Willing to engage in self exploration for personal growth.
- Able to fully commit and apply your learning in your unique context.
- Dedicated to the common good and enhancing quality of life in Michigan and beyond.
