We can help you set up a group health plan if you are a business owner (your headquarters must be located in Michigan) and you meet the following criteria:

You have a Federal Tax ID number assigned to your business.
You have an active Workers Compensation policy in place.
You have at least one W2 employee that would enroll in the coverage (not including the business owner or business owner’s spouse).
