Thank you for being a part of the Michigan Farm Bureau family! We’re excited to celebrate 106 years of serving farmers across our great state, and we can’t wait to spend the next 106 years working together to celebrate, promote, advocate for, and solve challenges in agriculture.
And guess what: You can be a big part of this journey!
District-wide listening sessions are happening across Michigan, and we hope you’ve had a chance to attend one in your area. If not, rest assured there is still an opportunity to contribute.
Community Action Groups have been instrumental in shaping our history and continue to play an important role in designing our future. How can we help you and your farm succeed?
Your feedback is crucial to our ability to provide the support and services that matter most to our members, whether it's about your needs, your experience with our programs, or how you’d like to get more involved.
What you share with us will be shared with MFB’s Board of Directors as they dig into strategic planning. Your input helps shape the direction of our grassroots organization and it makes a difference!
This month we’ve compiled questions that will give us a better understanding about what you need and how we can support you. We do a lot already, but knowing when we’re hitting the mark — or missing the target — is critical. We need to hear your honest feedback, so don’t hold back on any observations, questions or frustrations!
Your responses will be combined with the feedback from district listening sessions, an uninvolved member survey, county goals, recommendations from the Core Program Review Committee and more. With all of that in hand and some guidance from a consultant, our Board will spend the next nine months crafting our new strategic plan, which will roll out at the 2026 Council of Presidents Conference.
Thanks for taking the time to think through these questions and share your insights. Your input will play a key role in setting the direction for our organization, and we truly appreciate your involvement! If you’d like to speak directly with a member of the team, email rgulliv@michfb.com or reach out to your MFB Regional Manager or district director.
