Virtual Primary Care/Urgent Care Program Information

• Access to free virtual care 24/7/365. Connect directly with a primary care or urgent care physician via cell phone, home phone or video conferencing.
  • Includes chronic condition management
  • Prescription management (new and refills)
• Access to mental health support with a physician, clinical counselors or coaches to assist in the diagnosis and support of behavioral and mental health needs. This service is at an additional cost of $35/visit for therapist or counselor, or $50/visit for a physician consult.

Membership becomes active within 48 hours. After 48 hours, members can use their Virtual Care Rx membership card at a retail pharmacy for first fill (mail order after first fill).

Mail order medication is filled and shipped within 5 days if you have your prescription from your doctor. If you need a prescription from your doctor and need assistance, it will take 10-14 days to receive your medication.
