The benchmarking division of international risk-mitigation consultants Aon, Ward Group analyzes property-casualty insurance companies globally and industry-wide, identifying those that exceed quality targets set for personal lines claims customer responses. In this study based on customer feedback utilizing Net Promoter scores, Ward Group distinguished Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan for its superior customer experience for the fourth consecutive year.
