Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan was awarded a “Superior Rating” for personal lines claims customer experience as measured by Ward’s Experience Monitor program.
“We are pleased to earn this award again in 2020,” said Farm Bureau Insurance CEO Don Simon. “It speaks to our continued collective efforts to provide exemplary customer experiences in all areas of our operations, including claims. Farm Bureau adjusters and agents provide personalized service to policyholders, treating customers the way they want to be treated, not solely through 800 numbers or with call center promises backed by comedic ad programs. Experience matters.”
This is the second time Farm Bureau has been recognized in this category, also earning the award in 2018.
