Michigan Farm Bureau’s AgriPac is asking you to vote for Rep. Annette Glenn in her Nov. 8 general election bid for the newly redrawn 35th Senate District, including portions of Bay, Midland and Saginaw counties.
The Friend of Agriculture holds a 100% voting record with Michigan Farm Bureau and has served two terms in the state House.
Glenn’s small business and customer service work early in her career is complemented by years of experience as a Congressional staff member and campaign manager.
“We must create and maintain an agriculture and business-friendly economic and regulatory environment that makes Michigan attractive for new residents, rather than policies that drive people to move elsewhere,” Glenn said.
Her response to how she’d advocate for growth in rural communities and the agricultural economy was simple, straightforward: “Protect the Right to Farm law.
“Expand high-speed Internet to rural areas.
“Support ag education programs in schools and ag-oriented skilled trades training.”
