Our focus is on providing exemplary service at every step of the process. At Farm Bureau Insurance, the experience you get with your agents and your team is different. Recently, Farm Bureau was recognized among the top insurers in the United States with two national awards for exemplary service.
In its just-released 2021 “Insurer Report Card” conducted by CRASH Network, Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan ranked among the top 5 in the nation with an overall grade of A-. The grade is based on factors ranging from policies, to attitude and payment practices. The top grades are awarded to companies that demonstrate a foundation that best ensures quality repairs and customer service for their insureds.
In February, Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan was also awarded a “Superior Rating” for personal lines claims customer experience as measured by Ward’s Experience Monitor program. This is the second time in the last three years that Farm Bureau has been recognized in this category, also earning the award in 2018.
These awards are the result of our continued focus to ensure our members have an exemplary experience in all areas of their service with Farm Bureau. Last month, we announced our 2021 advertising campaign “Experience Matters”. The experience—the one we provide to our members and to our insureds across Michigan.
